Naked Raygun- All Rise (1986)

It's been a minute, but I'm back with one from the vaults. Naked Raygun's 1986 follow up to the epic Throb Throb has a message: "I GOT NEW DREAMS AND I GOT TO MAKE THEM REAL"

The album builds on the CHICAGO trademark "oh whey yo, wey o wey" with the band's brand of fked up political ironies. It's a good reminder of why I care about good ol' punk rock in an often non obliging NY hardcore scene. "I Remember" and "New Dreams" are just EMO 'nough for my likin.
